Yes! We were born on May 1st, 1987 at 7:26am and 7:27am. Like rabbits out of a hat.
Where do you live in DC?
We're both happy residents of Woodley Park. The location is convenient for scooting around just about everywhere in Northwest DC. We also like living close to the National Zoo because we're suckers for babies, animals and baby animals. All abound 'round here.

Where are you from originally?
We hail from everyone's favorite rectangle, Colorado. Nothing will ever compare to those mountain views and outrageous sunsets.
Do you have any other brothers and sisters?
Yes, we do! We absolutely adore our older Smithster, Alli, who is a playwright in London. More recent additions to the family include Alli's phenomenal husband, Zach, and our adopted brother (read: dog), Charlie. Huge shout-out to Mom and Pop Smith for the boundless love, thoughtful encouragement and never-ending commitment to helping us discover our best selves. Parenting book pending (how about it, guys?).
Where did you go to school and what did you study?
Betsy - B.B.A. with a concentration in Human Resource Management from George Washington University.

How do you edit your photos?
General iPhoto edits, lots of Picnik, some Illustrator, the occasional Photoshop.
Why did you decide to start blogging?
Being a tight-knit family spread across the globe, we're constantly looking for better means of keeping in touch. Emails are always a-flyin', but pictures help; this is basically an online journal for family and (old and new) friends. Also, we like to capitalize (or should we say Capitol-ize?) on any excuse to spend time together.
