PHO, FO SHO!
Last night we made a bold decision: we scrapped our plans in favor of trying 14 Pho for dinner. Really (repeat: REALLY) good choice on our end.
And yes, that's Betsy's hand furiously reaching for bean sprouts...she couldn't even wait until the picture was taken. But like, look at that food - wouldn't you have done the same?
