This? Is the magic we experienced last night at the State Theatre.
The Legwarmers are an institution around here and we're proud to count ourselves in their fan following. It was Sara's inaugural outing and Betsy's second, but we both had the best of best times enthusiastically screaming the lyrics (or just like, words that maybe kind of sound like the lyrics). But the most important thing is that the band is a living relic reminding us why '80s music is so frocking good.
Also, our friend, Charles, is quite the hoofer. That was a welcome discovery.
